How We Work?

Stage 1

We draw down the floor plans, record a presentation video, then send it back to the client together with the floor plan pdf document. The purpose of this is to confirm if our Team's plan is accurate to the client's proposed plan, as well as required changes

Stage 2

3D Rendered design of the building that will showcase the design with all materials applied to it. This opt to give a client a better base to make changes to the proposed plan. This also gives a clear understanding of how the building will be constructed.

Stage 3

Final review of the proposed plan. If the client implements new changes, we revisit STAGE 1 and STAGE 2 to apply the recommended changes. else we move to stage 4.

Stage 4

Presentation of the complete project, Hard copy & software copy(PDF)
